ceston Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any service offered by ceston (accessible at ceston.net), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with ceston's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ceston. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ceston platform and close your account if one has already been created.

ceston reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the ceston platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the ceston platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. ceston enforces age verification procedures and may request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed and all funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ceston's services are intended for players located in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of the player to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. ceston makes no representation that its services are lawful in all locations. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.

2.3 Account Registration

To access ceston's real-money gaming services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

ceston reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual without stating a reason, and to require additional identity verification documents (such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill) before activating an account or processing a withdrawal.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ceston platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. If ceston determines that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited. 3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ceston account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances. ceston will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the ceston support team immediately at [email protected] or via live chat. ceston will take appropriate steps to investigate and, if necessary, suspend the account pending resolution.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided to ceston during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information — including a false name, address, date of birth, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your account, the voiding of all bets placed, and the forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3.3 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of losing money and that ceston cannot guarantee any outcome. You agree to play within your personal financial means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within the platform — including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling is becoming difficult to control.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ceston accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer. No credit card, international wire transfer, or cryptocurrency payments are accepted at this time.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your ceston account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• ceston does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ceston accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees, upon verification of the discrepancy.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day in most cases.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, in keeping with anti-money-laundering best practice.
• ceston may require identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5 of these Terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before fulfilling the stated requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• ceston reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending a review of the account for compliance with these Terms. Players will be notified of any such review and its expected duration.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, ceston offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All promotions are subject to individual terms that will be clearly communicated at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence only in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means that the total value of the bonus must be wagered 30 times before a withdrawal may be requested. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

5.4 Abuse of Bonus Offers

ceston reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any related winnings, and suspend or close any player account if there is evidence that the player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, exploiting errors or loopholes in a promotion's configuration, or coordinating with other players to artificially fulfil bonus conditions.

5.5 Promotional Eligibility

ceston reserves the right to restrict or exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions may be subject to geographic, game-type, or payment-method eligibility criteria that will be stated in the promotion details. 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ceston platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all bets and winnings, the forfeiture of any account balance, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or that of another person.
• Accessing the platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software not expressly approved by ceston.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game malfunctions, or misconfigured odds.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in poker, casino table games, or sports betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ceston support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the ceston platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

7. Account Closure & Termination

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your ceston account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, ceston will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method before the account is deactivated. Accounts closed voluntarily for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) cannot be reopened for a minimum of 6 months from the date of closure.

7.2 Closure by ceston

ceston reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory compliance requirements, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. ceston will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to cover maintenance costs. If the account balance reaches zero, the dormant account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact the support team.

7.4 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by ceston — all pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes where possible. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

ceston makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, ceston does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond ceston's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, power outages, or third-party service disruptions — may result in temporary unavailability. ceston will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or missed betting opportunity resulting from platform downtime.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or software fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, ceston reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore account balances to their state immediately before the malfunction occurred. ceston will not honour winnings generated as a result of a technical error. Players who notice a potential malfunction should stop playing and contact support immediately.

8.3 Cap on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ceston's total liability to any individual player arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ceston is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages howsoever arising.

8.4 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge and accept that gambling carries inherent financial risk, that ceston cannot guarantee any particular outcome, and that any funds deposited and wagered on the platform may be lost. You agree that you are gambling voluntarily, with funds that you can afford to lose, and that ceston bears no responsibility for any financial loss suffered as a result of your use of the platform.
